binatang baru...!

aku beli binatang baru...
bila main ngan binatang baru ni..
aku pki wrist weight..
sampai sengal gak la aku menariknya..
sambil buat mmg peloh gak laa...

aku copy paste je la yee...

Basic Seated Row
The standard seated rowing exercise is easy to do and will strengthen the muscles of your lats. Your lats are the big muscles that cover the middle of your back. When toned, they make a "V" shape you can see quite easily. Sit up straight and put your feet on the foot pads. Grab the handles with your palms facing down. Straighten your legs and arms. Lean back slightly and bend your elbows and pull the handles to your chest, allowing your elbows to flare out to your sides parallel to the floor. Exhale as you pull back. Inhale and straighten your arms forward again. Hold your position to isolate your lat muscles, or bend forward at your waist when you extend your arms and lean back when you row your arms back in a quick full-body motion to work your body aerobically. You can also hold the handles with your palms up to target your bicep muscles too.

Lying Row
You can also use the exerciser from a lying position on your back to work your abdominals. Lie on your back and extend your legs straight up to the ceiling. Use your lower abs to push your lower back into the floor. Put your feet in the foot pads and grab the handles, palms down. Row your arms and bend your elbows keeping your elbows next to your body to touch the floor.

A more difficult way to work your abs is to lower your straight legs to a 45 degree angle from the floor and row from this position. Your abs will be challenged a lot to keep your back down simply holding your legs off the floor, but with the addition of the rowing with the action exerciser you will get a great ab workout.

If this variation is too difficult for you, simply bend your knees to right angles. This will keep your shins parallel to the floor and your knees should be above your hips.

dalam menanti baju2 kurung ku siap di jahet..

aku sudah mendapat baju kurung siap yang baruuu..!!

cari tokey kain..!

Salam..
Wah fasa pertama bagi thn 2010..
sudah pun tamat...
ikutkan nak capai target ala2 50kg..
konon nak dapat hr ni la...
hahahaha... kebaboommm jd 58 kg...
mn silap laaaa.. x turun naik plak..
xpe la jnji ukur lilit sama...

ermmm.. pejam celik.. dah hampir setahun dah..
setahun aku membuat misi dalam cube mengecikkan diri..
alhamdullillah dr 85 kg..
berat yang aku timbang masa 21 Julai 2009
pg ni 1 Julai 2010 cuma 58 kg..
tetap dua angka yg sama.. cuma terbalik je..
namun perbezaan yang banyak 27kg..

mcm biasa hard to maintain...
but need to focus...
title aku adalah kerana aku xde baju kurung yang kecik..
hahaha suma tahap saiz joyah..
mak aku sampai bising la.. suruh beli baju baru..
siap ckp aku dh mcm org tua umo 35thn pki baju besor..
apa kesss??? dah byk kain x lawo.. kecik pun mcm joyah gak nnt...
baju2 gedabak aku sume kaler lawo..
hahah pdhal fulus sesak.. tu yg x beli..
tp aku dh tempah baju 3 psg terusss..
thn ni harus, wajib, mesti..
pakai kebaya masa raya..!! Muahaha...

lagi sekali harus, wajib, mesti cari laki tokey kain..
supaya leh saplai aku baju dan kain lawo..
hahahaha.. lalink jgn marah i ye..





sebulan ni mmg workout aku masih stabil...
tunggang terbalik jugak..
cuma maybe makan tu terlebih..
nak2 gasak demam beberapa hari..
asal mlm je demam..

nak2 skrg dah ade ankle weight..
muahahaha.. ubah ckit la cara senam....
bagi tone lagi body..
kasik malatooopppsss...

beberapa hari ni stop main bola...
sebab tergolek salah landing..
so workout pki ankle weight..
ngan dumbbell je laaa..

byk tumpu kat abs..
sbb abs aku msih huduh...
ini diakui leh mak aku..
sebb tuh skrg aku pki bengkung..
ala2 org dlm pntang..!









ada la lg workout yang aku follow.. cr kat tiub kamu je (youtube la..!)

so bulan 7 ni sempena meraikan ulangthn pertama..
cik jenab mengecikkan body yg gumuk...
aku akan pastikan ntok konsisten (cakap..!)
supaya bila aku timbang 21 Julai nnt..
dapat la angka yang mengghairahkan..!!
hahahahahahahahahahahahah....

ermm.. sbelom tuh nak wish...
selamat sembuh ntok abg aku UDA..
sebab jatuh motor hari sabtu hr tu..
mesti dia bwk laju.... tp xnk ngaku...
alhamdullillah... nasib x teruk..
skrg kalo dia g keje... aku cukup risau..
kerap telefon tnya dia kat mn...
suka wat aku risau... huh.. babab krg..!
